Our service is structured so that once we have assessed your clients’ needs, we will arrange the funding with one of our 20 lenders but then manage and control all aspects of the deal – especially in respect of the valuation, background paperwork and all the legal requirements.

The Frostwood Commercial team are all bank trained and we therefore provide mini consultancies to customers, especially in areas such as property development.

An example of this is where we provide a check list of 21 items to new developers to ensure that their project progresses effectively and maximises profits.
